Guild Structure and Leadership Changes.

As you might notice some ranks has been changed to reflect the new structure as we are moving towards 25 Man raiding guild like we once were. Here a quick recap of what has been going on and discuss with the officers.

GM (The Fallen): Madrigosä

Co-GM/Founding Father: Pheinix, Malikh (both have Same privilege and access and do the same thing so it’s 2 ranks with the exact same terminology and meaning). The only difference is the playing time of both of them.

High Council (Officers): Belrex, Treeshadow: In order to keep the structure clear and people to know who to see when something is going wrong or whatsoever or have any questions due to the merge a new spot has been open and to fulfill the demand of it Treeshadow have been granted to an officer rank status.

Veterans: Giles. Myrena: I don’t need to explain this, it speak for itself. Note that there will be no other members accessing this rank unless for an special reason.

Core Raiders: Been raiding with us for over 8 months and have dedicated for the guild beyond what you could see will be awarded this rank. Positive attitude and output along the line.

Raiders: Every single member that shows up and are Raid ready and show dedication to do what we love to do.

Members: Members we can use for alts run and have the potential of aspiring of becoming raiders.

Alts/ Social: You are part of the family nonetheless even if it’s your alts or even your main if you are an social member.

M.I.A: Rule still apply, you have alts that haven’t been played for over 2 weeks they will get kick without any warning. Raiders and Members that gets under M.I.A due to no log in will have a time frame of 30 days. Unless special occasion.
